Farish & Smith is a full-service interior design firm based in New York City and Palm Beach, founded by lifelong friends Lulu Farish and Camille Smith. United by a shared passion for creating timeless and elegant interiors, Lulu and Camille bring a unique blend of traditional and contemporary influences to each project.

Lulu developed her design expertise with three years at Kannalikham Designs and three years with Lucy Doswell Interiors, following an invaluable internship with David Kleinberg Design Associates. Camille spent six years refining her craft at Olasky & Sinsteden, beginning her journey with an inspiring internship alongside the renowned Bunny Williams. Together, their experiences span a wide range of aesthetics, enabling them to adapt to diverse client needs and visions.

In 2024, Lulu and Camille turned their longtime vision into reality by launching Farish & Smith. Friends since their days at Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Virginia, they shared an early ambition to build a design business together. Lulu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History from the University of Virginia, while Camille earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from The University of Alabama. These academic foundations have shaped the firm’s refined aesthetic and thoughtful approach to design.

At Farish & Smith, the duo is dedicated to creating interiors that are as functional as they are beautiful, reflecting the personalities and lifestyles of the people who live in them. Each space they design is a testament to their commitment to bespoke solutions that blend comfort, elegance, and livability.
